| In order to confirm the reservation, we require a 50% deposit
(wire transfer) and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit
is non-refundable. 12% federal tax + 5% service fee applies |

Daily rent includes:
- Accommodations at the Villa
- Delicious American Breakfast with home made flavoured
butters, breads and marmalades
- Daily maid service
- Turndown service
- Conceirge service
- Butler and Personal Guest Attention Service
- In-house Chef to prepare all meals and bar service
at your personal request (Guests will pay only for the actual
cost of the purchase of food and drinks for their stay)
- Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear
- Shopping service for food and beverages of your preference
(One time shopping fee of $100.00 US will apply)
- We request a list of favorite dishes, wines, spirits,
water and other preferences from our guests so that they
are received as in their own home
- In short we make sure that we exceed our guests expectations

- Transportation (pick up and drop off at Cancun Airport).
